Exchange & Returns Policy:

We strive to ensure that your orders reach you as soon as possible. After placing an order, you will instantly receive a confirmation e-mail with details of your order. It will then be our priority to swiftly dispatch your order. Usually, all items are sourced from our warehouse and dispatched within 48 to 52 hours (provided it is a business day).

Behbud has a 7 days goodwill exchange policy, provided the item is returned to us for exchange:

• Is in its original packaging
• The packaging of the product has not been tampered.

This is how you can exchange an item:

1. E-mail us at kamran.qazi@behbudkarachi.org.pk Contact no 0311-6812922and request an exchange
2. Tell us the reason for exchanging the item.
3. Send the item back to us in its original packaging.
4. We will send your chosen replacement item in exchange to your address once we receive the package.
5. Please note that we do not accept any returns.
